OCCUPIED STAGING CONSULTATION (Also known as a Prelisting Consultation)
The staging consultation is a thorough walk thru of the property (inside and out). Recommendations are made and some minor changes are often made as well. A written recommendation report will be generated and delivered within 48 hrs. of the consultation.

This consultation is a thorough walk thru of the property (inside and out) and a discussion about staging options.
OCCUPIED HOME STAGING
Occupied home staging often combines staging and redesign. In some cases, various items (furniture/décor) are removed from rooms and there is some rearranging and/or decorating that takes place. There are times when furniture and décor are added to achieve the desired result.
*Price determined by the number of rooms that require staging and if any furniture, art, and misc. decor is provided.
VACANT HOME STAGING
Vacant home staging requires anywhere from three to five plus rooms completely staged w/ furniture, rugs, artwork, bedding, dishes, plants, and more to complete the interior of the home so that the once vacant home comes to life and stirs the emotions and interest of potential buyers. Often the outdoor living space is staged as well.
