First, Cathy met with me to walk through the house. Since the house was vacant, she suggested ways to stage the space with as little or as many rooms staged as we wanted. Cathy has an eye for detail, and gave me many suggestions for things we could do to spruce up the interior and exterior, punch up the house’s selling points, and detract from the house’s not-so-pretty points.
We used all of her suggestions from re-plastering the pool (way cheaper and faster than you would think) down to replacing the basketball goal net. Then, Cathy brought in furniture and accessories and staged it beautifully. It really made us think, “Why didn’t we do this when we lived here?!?”
Back to the bottom line–within 48 hours of listing, we accepted an excellent offer. We highly recommend Cathy and Staging Spaces and More!

Cathy came in during our consultations and provided useful tips to improve the interior and exterior look. The home was vacant and needed some whoa factor. The pieces that Cathy chose were very stylish, modern and warm. She allowed the space in the home to shine without overpowering it with the staging. After the staging was in she even offered to come in after a month to dust and re-shine the furniture. I will work with her on my next property. Wow, what a fantastic staging job. Home “sold” after second showing which was less than two weeks. The staging design created an easy flow with function as if you lived there. Could not have been more satisfied with the final outcome!
I hired Cathy to help me with several interior room changes. I am not good at selecting colors, fabrics, and/or accessories. I just struggle with anything that is related to interior decorating or interior design. I was thrilled with the ideas and recommendations Cathy presented to me. We hired Cathy Creamer designs to stage our midtown townhouse for sale. Cathy was very reasonably priced and professional. She came to our house to do an initial walk through and advised us on what needed to be painted, which colors to use to most appeal to a general buying audience, and sent us a list of items we should tend to before staging. Once the staging was completed, it looked fantastic! She finished staging on Wednesday, the house went on the market Thursday, and by Monday we had three offers! We close on the house in a week, and the process was painless in large part due to Cathy’s efforts – I would highly recommend her services!
